Highlights of our Benefit Package
- Time-Off Benefits. Full- and part-time employees regularly scheduled 32 hours or more per pay period also accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Sick hours. PTO includes vacation, holiday and short-term sick time. Extended sick hours accrue to provide a benefit for illnesses of a longer duration.
- Spending Accounts. You can choose to contribute up to $5,000/year on a pre-tax basis for non-reimbursed healthcare expenses. For dependent-care expenses, you can choose to contribute up to $5,000/year on a pretax basis.
- Employee Assistance Program. Employees are eligible for free short-term counseling and child and elder care referral.
- Wellness Program. Our wellness program includes education about weight control and exercise, health risk appraisals and other features.
- Retirement Plan. Benefits upon retirement for vested employees. Tax deferred investments available through payroll deduction.
