License to Serve
License to Serve is an opportunity for employees and volunteers at Providence Medical Center and Saint John Hospital to be recognized for role modeling service excellence. PRL, Broadlane, Horizon, ARAMARK and HCFS staffs are also eligible. When you participate in the License to Serve initiative, you earn points that can be used toward a selection of gifts from the Award of Excellence Catalog.
There are four easy way to earn points:
1. Call in the "SmartCard" that appears in Vision every other month and respond to the two true/false questions. You will receive three (3) points when you call 1-866-690-6339. Volunteers will receive theirs in Vision in the mail.
2. Give employees and volunteers you see role modeling service behaviors You Did It Right! cards. You will receive one (1) point for each card you give out.
3. Receive You Did It Right! cards. You can receive credit for up to four (4) cards each month. Each card is worth five (5) points. The maximum number of points you can earn from You Did It Right! cards each month is 20.
4. Be selected the 150 award points grand prize winner. One winner is selected each month from Providence and one from Saint John.
